Privacy
What we collect
When you join, we keep what you put on the membership form: your name, email, phone, city, membership type, household members, flying background, and interests. We also keep a record of your dues payments. When you RSVP to an event, we keep your name, email, and the number of guests.
Who sees it
Only the Association's officers can see member and payment records. We use them for Association business: dues, meeting notices, quorum counts, and the events you sign up for. We never sell or share your information.
We send sign-in links, payment instructions, receipts, and renewal reminders through Postmark. Those emails have no open or click tracking.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets one cookie, and only when you sign in, to keep you signed in for 30 days. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. Join and RSVP forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam.
Changes and removal
Members can update their details from the member area. To have your record removed, emailhello@flywinterhaven.org. We keep payment records as long as the law requires for a nonprofit's books.
