Dues cover the calendar year and are due by January 31. Dues paid on or after October 1 cover the next year, so joining now pays for 2027.

Winter Haven Pilots Association, Inc. is a Florida not-for-profit corporation. Our application for recognition as a 501(c)(3) organization is pending with the IRS. If it is approved, the exemption generally applies back to our date of incorporation, and contributions made now may then be deductible. Consult your tax advisor.
