It's official: Winter Haven Pilots Association
Recap of First general meeting
Members at the October 3 meeting chose Winter Haven Pilots Association as our name.
At our first general meeting on October 3, members voted on what to call the Association. The choice was between Winter Haven Pilots Association and Chain of Lakes Pilot Association, and Winter Haven Pilots Association won.
The name ties us to Winter Haven Regional Airport and to the original association that came before us. Thanks to everyone who marked a ballot.
A logo is next. We're working with a designer and will share it here when it's ready.
